Welcome to the Portsmouth Festival of Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The annual Portsmouth Festival of Innovation & Enterprise is a celebration of entrepreneurial spirit, invention and "cutting edge" commerce. The Festival is also a demonstration of the on-going commitment to encouraging new business and a culture of innovation and enterprise within the city region.
Now in its fourth year, the aim of the Festival is to give a platform for successful local entrepreneurs and business leaders to share their experiences with others through a programme of seminars and case studies. There will also be an Innovation & Enterprise Exhibition showcasing local best practice and regional business support services.
The Festival regularly attracts over 250 participants, making it an excellent networking opportunity for those interested in innovation and enterprise to share business development best practice with their peers.
This year's Festival will be held on the 21st September at the University of Portsmouth's Portland Building. The new look 2006 Programme has been divided into four complimentary themes and will be followed by a session featuring inspirational local entrepreneurs who will share their secrets of success.

Be inspired by the stories of several local entrepreneurs, the challenges they have experienced and how they have overcome them.
